DI Guatemala Mission Statement

The mission of DI Guatemala is to develop creative problem solving skills in Guatemalan students and adults.

• Develop creative problem solving (CPS) skills by offering the Destination Imagination Program
• Build a volunteer organization that fosters and promotes the foundations of CPS and the Destination Imagination Program - innovative thinking, creativity & teamwork.
• Support students and the adult volunteers in their CPS endeavors by providing trainings, curriculum materials and personal mentoring.
• Advocate the benefits of CPS to community groups, educational systems and the business sector.
• To make the training, problem-solving and tournaments child-centered and nurturing.
